"Rating this place a 1 star because there isn’t an option for 0 stars. Before getting into things I do want to state that the main front desk people and assistant manager were VERY nice to me…the main manager could not care less and should be fired (I’ll explain in the rest below). I’m usually not one to post any sort of review like this, but figured it would be important for the safety and health concerns of the next tenant who lives in Apt 101, building 9. When I first moved in, there was a noticeable smell of smoke, which I was told could be fixed upon signing the lease (should have known better). After multiple times of contacting the office and maintenance crew, I was simply told that “It would be hard to get rid of the smoke smell as all of the air ducts are combined in the building.” There must’ve been a previous tenant who was a smoker and completely ruined the place with the smell. This smell completely took over and got on my clothes, couch, furniture, rugs, etc. Anytime a guest would come over it was obvious that it reeked of smoke even after 10 months of living there. Keep in mind I bought my own personal cleaning supplies to mop the floors, walls, ceiling, and never got reimbursed for that. The water heater also broke 2 units above me and flooded all the apartments vertical to me (including mine). The solution was to simply put a single fan in my apartment for several days to “air it out” paired with a dehumidifier. There was noticeable mold coming from the vents and the place was never checked for this mold after several months. I assume the whole building has mold in all the Air ducts which is extremely concerning. There was also a situation with my floorboards, which kept peeling up from the ground and had to be re-done. I work from home and was displaced from the unit, which the apartment manager never showed concern for. I finally decided enough was enough and moved out end of January (10 months into my lease). This of course came with a breaking of my lease early, which the manager said I had to pay for even with all of the health, safety and general apartment concerns I had been through the last 10 months. I contacted him several times to set up a meeting to discuss my concerns, but he was always in “meetings.” We only exchanged a few emails in which he said “let me know if there was anything I could do, according to our records, all of the maintenance issues have been fixed that you have put in the portal.” This was clearly a bogus corporate response to cover his own a**. He clearly had no concern or care for my situation. The smoke smell was never solved, and there will be mold in those vents until a safety inspector finds it. Avoid this place if you can, or at least Apt 101, building 9."

"Recently moved here just over a week ago. So far everything has been nice. The apartment is very spacious and location is ideal! Office staff has been welcoming and very friendly. They communicated with me regularly throughout the rental process and have more than once reached out to make sure i was settling in and if i needed anything (How amazing is that! Right) I had a couple things that needed to be fixed. Put in a maintenance request at 4:40pm on a Friday (expecting a maintenance visit Monday/Tuesday) No!! Within 45mins they were knocking at my door and addressing everything I had an issue with! Went above & beyond with making sure everything was done, communicating the entire time to let me know what was being done. Very nice & professional. I was very pleased. ( His name was Hans). Needless to say Im a happy New resident."

"Hans and George have been keeping up with maintenance at our apartment and omg! Are they amazing! We filed a request for our washer and Hans was there in minutes to help us out. When they figured out the issue they ordered and installed a brand new washer for me in no time. Everything done in a timely and polite manner. He even went the extra mile to help me carry/ dispose of my TV. Great work and great people! :))"

"Moved here a year ago and have enjoyed my time in this complex. Safety is a top priority here, and I appreciate the measures taken to ensure residents' well-being. I've always felt secure in this community. The location is unbeatable. It's close to everything I need - shopping, dining, and much more in Crossroads Plaza. It's a fantastic place to call home if you want convenience. And let's not forget about the amenities! The complex offers a great range of facilities that have added to my overall satisfaction. Whether it's the fitness center or pool there's always something to enjoy. I also want to commend the entire leasing agency, especially Micah Hawkins, the Assistant Property Manager, for their exceptional service. Micah's friendliness and willingness to help have made my stay here a breeze. He's been there to address all my questions and concerns, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about the residents. The team's dedication and professionalism create a positive atmosphere that sets this complex apart."
