You are not just a number, or a tenant, you are a part of a community. The residences are beautiful, and the grounds are great. Vanessa and Dustin are just wonderful. Always smiling, always there for you. The maintenance team is on top of it and super nice as well. Hope to call this home for several more years."

Whenever I've had an issue, it was handled in a timely manner and with compassion. Special shout out to Jeff, the maintenance manager. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt! He always takes time to chat or leave a note, explaining what needs to be done, which I appreciate. He is meticulous, and downright awesome. My schedule is packed, so I don't use many of the amenities, but I LOVE the pond and walking trail, and communing with herons, turtles, and nature. The proximity to downtown, Cary Crossroads, and easy highway access are also great selling points."
