"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!! NOT WORTH THE LOW RENT!!!!!!!!!! This complex has been a nightmare, faulty water heater resulting in excess energy and water charges that the complex is refusing to compensate for (over $500 aka basically half the rent) and the amount of time it takes for any complaint to make any difference is bonkers. Not enough maintenance workers to maintain this god awful property (2 workers for 199 units of which all constantly need work). People without heat for the entire winter, warped floors, cockroaches, awful upper management, etc. etc. etc."

"heat and water hasn’t worked all winter, maintenance does nothing to help. was provided one super tiny space heater after months of it not working, still doesn’t lol. hot water stays hot for about 5 minutes then is freezing cold. pls save yourself and don’t move here lol."

"The property was in shambles before the new management team took over. The landscaping is beautiful, trash has been taken care of, and maintenance requests are answered. I commend Cara for all the hard work she’s done transforming this property. She cares about her residents and anticipates their needs. The office and property is now a welcoming place! "I have loved to neighborhood despite being close to campus it is very quiet. They are older buildings that do need attention however the new maintenance team are working diligently. overall very happy with my decision to join this community> also shoutout to Scott and Cara they are doing an amazing job"

"I had a good move in overall. A few things could gone smoother, such as the keys should have been ready, and the unit completed. I will say, they made every effort to adjust their schedule for me. Very appreciative! My one major complaint is a running toilet!"
