"Update to replier: I cannot email you, the email keeps bouncing back. Please contact me As I moved in I was greeted right away to a bathroom sink that leaks, the garbage disposal and stove don't work, almost all the kitchen drawers don't open/close right. 2 weeks in and my A/C went out, and consequently roaches went crawling out of the vents. I've been giving this place the benefit of the doubt as they just underwent new management, and most of my issues have been fixed besides the A/C, however their email communication is poor. I send an email then Kelly acts like she never received it. Never leaves me messages if they try to call me they just hang up. The only way I can get things fixed is when I take time out of my work shift to drive to the leasing office. Exterior is dirty with leaves all over the place, steps falling apart. Mail and trash is overflown littered all over the floor. So many lousy and destructive children. Abandoned cars and trailers all over the place. The complex should be condemned it's in so much disrepair."

Cleaning out the pool for the summer, cleaner community, and friendly leasing staff! I'm excited to continue living in this property for more years to come! This is my home."
