"Management changes like underwear or socks! We never get time to get comfortable with one manager and when we do, they leave. The amount of fights here and people who eaves drop/ don’t mind their own business etc, get other people in trouble. Also pets should be allowed in here. I have depression, anxiety, and ADHD, autism and the process to get a therapy pet in here is absolutely ridiculous! Management is also very rude and sassy. One day they came into my apartment when I wasn’t decent. I could take them to court for that but I’m not. Also, they exposed this place with a TV crew for the news and bashed on the disabled people who live here. I will not recommend this place. I’ve lived here for a few years and I hate it."

"Worst customer service. Emailed the office plenty of times at reasonable times and have to wait days or if ever to get an response for questions. It’s first come, first serve, but how are you supposed to get in if your questions aren’t being answered. I have a baby on the way, and trying to secure a new place, so being professional is important to me in this time. Professionalisms is not in that office."

"I am not sure how it is to live here as I've not moved in yet. Having said that, Kim was awesome. She didn't have a unit when I applied but one was coming up. She took time with me, listened to me and took concern for my situation. Before I left her office that day, she had gotten all my information. I'll never know how hard she worked behind the scenes but in about two days time she had me approved. I'll update the community after I move in."

"Me and a friend went to go look at the beautiful apartments. Kim is very rude, and disrespectful. She lost two future tenants because she has terrible customer service. She was also very rude to one of her tenants. We left without even viewing the property due to her rudeness. One of the tenants said there is no privacy there, and everyone knows your business. I would not recommend anyone looking for an apartment to even look at this place. Come to think of it, Kim's rudeness & attitude is probably the reason the rent is so low. I would give this 0 stars if possible."
