"I’ve lived here with my partner right around a year now. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The interior is very nice and up to date, However, there are quite a few things that are agitating while living here.. the walls are VERY thin. I hear my neighbor snore extremely loud every night for the past 8 or so months. This is not his fault obviously but it can be frustrating when you try to sleep & that’s all you hear. Also, the outdoor grills are not accessible when the pool is closed due to the office locking up the area. The WiFi will go out around twice a month usually due to “construction” & will be out for hours. Parking SUCKSSSS.. I appreciate the complex enforcing towing to help with the issue. However, there are simply more residents than parking spots. The gym is very nice but they don’t enforce gym courtesy.. there was a girl that would blast her workout video almost everyday around 8am, which you could hear over your own AirPods. When I informed the office, nothing was really done so I had to change the time I would go to the gym. The trash valet is allegedly from 6-8 I believe, but there were times they wouldn’t come until 11pm or 1am. So you wouldn’t be able to throw anything away from 6pm to when you get up in the morning. Which is annoying since they will charge you for leaving trash bags out without being in the trash can itself. No apartment is perfect and this isn’t an awful place to live.. but these are the reasons why my partner and I will not be renewing our lease."
"My review is specifically directed to the dog park, the park has not maintenance regarding dog feces, you always going to find dog poo everywhere, which of course people are not responsible picking after their pet, but there should be another way to control the situation, either put a camera out there and fine people, add additional signage, and there has to be regular cleaning on that park, that is an amenity that we all paid for and it is not sanitary safe for dogs to go there, dogs can get sick for that, not even the city dog parks look like that. We literally moved to this community because the dog park, and now our dog cannot even use it due to its conditions. Thank you"
"UPDATED: Still not worth 2000 dollars for a two-bedroom apartment. Parking is a disaster most of the time; I always feel like I'm going to side swipe someone driving into the complex. There are no community events. The amenities are average at best. They don't clean the air vents in your units on a routine basis, so dust builds up in the filters. New management is aloof. The location is odd - there's construction everywhere and no real shopping without needing to get in a car and drive. The internet used to be poor, but they have fixed that issue by switching to AT&T. Still, it shouldn't be mandatory. Avoid and find somewhere else - this is not a luxury community."
"- The Internet went down for 3+ hours yesterday without warning, notice, or any acknowledgment from the property which has been ongoing multiple times a month for the past year without resolution. Refund us. - Community room is locked after 6 pm most days and locked on Sundays, what's the point? It is a great study space and having it locked really sucks. - Submitted a service request for the apartment and there was the option to either enter at any time or call to schedule a time. I selected the option to schedule a time for maintenance to come so I could put my cat in my room since he's an escape artist. However, maintenance came unannounced! Please remove that option since you don't follow it anyways. - The hose at car wash leaks, making it impossible to use. - Elevator went down in my building for maintainance and I recieved no email notice from management about it. When I went to the office they said they would send out an email if it was out for a prolonged time, which is not sufficient notice for people who depend on the elevators to get around. - Parking spaces are sparse or nonexistent in the evening. Instead of towing nonvisitors like they are supposed to, the property converted more spots into paid parking/reserved spots to make more money and stated they would begin towing any cars parked curbside or not in a marked spot, which is the only place left if all marked spots are taken. - Evidence of cut corners during construction (slide-control for ceiling fan not installed correctly, utility closet door rubs against the frame whenever I close it because it was not properly installed, upper portion of my shower door is not flush with the frame, shower handle came off, rubber cove base in my bathroom has lifted and will not stay flat against the wall, the sink faucet button in the leasing office is not installed properly) - Coffee machine frequently out of service or out of supplies - No recycling or compost available - The previous staff who lived on the property and are no longer working here... they did a better job communicating with us and forming relationships with the residents than the new management/staff so far."
"I’ve been here to see the management change and to be completely honest things are slowly but surely getting better. Parking has gotten much better since this new management has started towing people without a resident parking sticker. Change is hard but sometimes it’s necessary. The new change from resident portal to active building is going to be an adjustment. I wasn’t a big fan of a balance that’s on that app when my rent was paid last month via money order so hopefully management can fix that. Overall things will eventually get better with time, but I know I personally won’t be renewing my lease once it’s up."
