"Request ID: 116498-1 Description: The second time this has occurred i have been out of town due to a family death and I come back to my place and mold on my clothes, couch, and bed areas. This seems to be a ongoing issue that isn’t beneficial to my health and allergies not sure if I need to rid of my clothes and furniture as it's unsafe and can cause sickness. Notes: Can someone call me when addressing this matter? Don't rent space 4431 Manor Village Way 006 the apartment has mold, especially in the summertime when it is hot i rented this space for a year and had several leaks and they never addressed them had to come out to fix it over 4 times Do you think they asked about my care no and wanted me to sign a new lease no one called me until I was ready to move which i did. Nice place lot of issues with bugs as well moving out they will nickel and dime you i wasn't going to leave a review but they are condescending and arrogant with threats if you don't pay balances i am reporting to BBB and reaching out to the corporate offices to let them know they are crooks. happy new year dont rent here over priced"

"Me and my bf moved here almost a week ago. We absolutely love our unit as well as the complex. They have a lot of amenities to offer. We had a minor issue with our front lock the first day we moved in but maintenance came and fixed it right away! Kirsten helped us throughout the process and she was great, when we had our move-in appointment we met Kirsten and she was so sweet and welcoming. Not to mention it’s a great location. So happy we chose Camden Manor Park!"

"My roommate and I recently moved into Camden and we absolutely love it here! The apartments are so well kept, the amenities are great, and the maintenance staff is amazing. Our experience while touring and getting the apartment was made especially great by Savannah! I personally have never lived in an apartment having only rented homes. Savannah was super patient and made the process so enjoyable and easy to understand. Since moving in, she has been very responsive and helpful with any questions we have had. A big thank you to the Savannah and the rest of the Camden staff!"

"I lived at Camden Manor Park for just under 2 years after looking at about a dozen apartment complexes in the greater Raleigh area. it offered the best balance of location, amenities, cost, and quality that I could find, and my time there proved that to be true (ample parking, and friendly policies for residents and guests was a huge plus). The staff was very friendly and accommodating, with Chris, and several other members of the staff consistently going above and beyond to make sure my experience, and the experience of numerous friends I recommended to the property was as positive as possible. The Community is kept clean, is reasonably quiet, and convenient to virtually everything you could want or need. In addition, I was incredibly impressed with how Camden as a larger entity handled the pandemic, going as far as providing a multimillion dollar fund to help those who were negative impacted stay on their feet. Highly recommend to anyone looking to live in an apartment in the Raleigh area."

"Just moved here about and week and a half ago. We absolutely love it here. while we can't use all the amenities due to the virus, we have been able to enjoy the pool and the apartment itself is just wonderful. We have a three bedroom and two bathroom apartment that is about 1,425 ft². We did have an issue with the cable provider spectrum, but that has nothing to do with Camden. They keep everything clean and the landscape is beautiful. Anytime you need something they are available and very helpful and nice. The direct access to the capital area Greenway is awesome. You can literally walk to the mall in 15 minutes or drive in about 2. While we haven't been here too long we are very happy about our decision to move in here and look forward to enjoying Raleigh life."
