"HIDDEN GEM! I have lived in apartments all over Raleigh and a few other cities for the past 8 years and I am SO happy I stumbled upon this place. I have been here for a little over 2 months and can full heartedly say this is my favorite place I’ve ever lived. There are so many great amenities here, the layout and style of the units are top tier and last but certainly not least the staff are by far the best people you will ever encounter at a apartment complex. Maintenance is VERY quick if need be and leasing agents are so so sweet. I feel like I’m right at home here and couldn’t be more happy with my decision to move to the Mallory, you won’t regret!"

"Here’s the good • Located in a great area of Raleigh • Feels safe with fob access for building entrances and physical key for apartment door • Units have a lot of windows for natural light - especially the 2BR corner units • Nice fitness center Here’s the not-so-good • Expensive; the 2BR is about 2,300 a month • There aren’t a lot of 2BR units - mostly 1BR units. • Pool hasn’t opened yet; it doesn’t have a permit, so you can’t even enter to sit in the sun by the pool. • Gate arm for parking lot isn’t operational yet. • Currently no trash cans on premise (also no doggy stations). • Rows of metal poles in grill area are an eyesore. • Selfie booth and small bowling lanes are a poor use of amenity space. • Residents place trash next to their door for pick up (instead of a trash chute inside a closet) so waste could stink in hallways. • Newly planted trees are already dead. • Multiple buildings are still under construction. If you’re looking for a new home in the Lake Boone area, I recommend visiting and seeing what you think!"
