"I’ve resided at The Ashton for five years. Despite, branding itself as a "luxury" apartment complex, I have not encountered any luxurious aspects here. They seem to equate luxury with renovating their apartments, but they prioritize rent payments over resident satisfaction. The apartment complex is plagued by a severe cockroach problem that remains uncontrollable despite various attempts to address it. Cockroaches have been discovered in the patio, living room, kitchen, and even emerging from the vents, which is extremely unpleasant. The walls are incredibly thin, and the foundation is of poor quality, making it not so ideal for long-term living, especially if you dislike constant loud noises from neighbors both upstairs, downstairs, and beside you. It often feels like you're living in one big house with your neighbors. Additionally, the management and office staff turnover is quite frequent. The list of issues is extensive, but the primary concerns I've encountered are these. I strongly advise against living at The Ashton."

"Ariel is a vital asset in the Asthon Apartments' customer service. She knows how to respond professionally to customer needs. She's patient, smart and delivers customer satisfaction. Her professional qualities are likely to keep customers coming back. She helped me to renew my lease, which I couldn't do by myself, and pay my bills (Duke and Dominion) through Apps. That was awesome. Go on being committed to what you're doing, Ariel."

"The Ashton Maintenance staff is exceptional. From the technicians to the Supervisor (Manny), who, despite being a Manager, attends to the residents' requirements and is concerned that the residents feel that they are important, valuable and always kept in mind. Also the staff who work in the office are very friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend The Ashton to live with your eyes closed."

"My fiancé and I just moved here and we absolutely love our unit! The leasing staff stayed in great communication with us, especially Ariel! She did an amazing job keeping in communication with us throughout both the application and move in process! She is a very sweet woman and didn’t make us feel pressured at all to move in. If you’re looking to relocate, the Ashton is a great area! Make sure you ask for Ariel to assist you with your move in!"

You can tell her genuinely cares about this property as it is his home too! Every time I had a maintenance request, its handled properly and swiftly and I always feel like I can have an open communication with the office. I saw a review about safety? I have always felt safe here and have kind and considerate neighbors!"
