Thornhill Apartments

"I've been a resident with the IRT family for over a year now. I transferred to Thornhill from a sister property and I've enjoyed my stay so far. I'm no stranger to the area so it's still quiet and local to plenty of my needs! Now lets discuss management and staff! Jada and Julia have been great. I mean so great that I followed Jada to Thornhill! (LOL) But on a serious note, she has been nothing but good to me and knows how to handle business as a property manager. She's transparent and is the definition of customer service; two things that we DON'T get often nowadays. Julia is also a gem! She teamed with Jada to ensure that my transfer went smoothly and made sure my apartment was 100%, EVEN after move-in. Provided excellent service and follow-ups on any issues or processes that needed to be taken care of! I appreciate them both very much especially during these harsh times we are in. Kindness goes a long way! Finally, MAINTENANCE! S/O to the maintenance team for always being so prompt and quick with requests! Especially Jackson! He followed up personally to keep me up to date with any requests of mine that he worked."

"Me and my dog have called Thornhill home for the past 2 years. The new management, lead by Jada, is great, and have never seen a better maintenance team than the one here. When problems arise they listen to you, and do what it takes to take care of you, instead of telling you what you want to hear, just to appease you when in front of them. Thornhill has a great community feeling, and am happy to continue to call it home."

"I’ve been living here for 2 months now and could not be happier. Had a couple of issues in the apartment and the maintenance team fixed them within a day after submitting request. They are also so nice to talk to when I meet them downstairs. My leasing process was fully online, from virtual visit to signing all papers and I had a great support from Julia, who always has a smile on her face and is willing to help even when I had many silly foreigner questions :) My unit is fully renovated and beautiful. I’m certain I’ve made the right decision choosing Thornhill, easy and nice people to deal with!"

"Office and maintenance staff are nice! Our community manager Jada is excellent, she actually care about this community and the people living in it and she gets things done! Laundry facility is decent, needs a couple large capacity washers so people don’t have to go to the laundry mat. Good size pool with plenty of seating! The gym is pretty cool, Dog park is decent, it’s in the woods though, so be careful of snakes during the warmer months. My unit has a wood burning fireplace!! Speeding and dogs off leash is becoming a problem again. It’s a decent please place to stay! It’s close to a lot of places that I frequent, especially the bowling alley!! Overall, I’m starting to enjoy it here!"
