I worked with Emily & Christina on multiple occasions and always left with a positive experience. Same goes for maintenance! (Even when my fridge mneeded repairs on a Friday and Saturday night, Nate & Edward showed up with a positive attitude). I would recommend this complex to anybody and everybody."

Unfortunately after much thought, I really analyzed the needs of my family and realized it may not be compatible for our needs. I still encourage others to look into and consider Governors Village as everyone's needs are different. It's quaint, quiet and truly has a great sense of community. Super clean and well managed as well. Emily was such a doll and my family and I felt completely comfortable with her. "I have been living at Camden Governors Village for the last two years. The current leasing team, Emily and Christina are super helpful, professional and kind. They always greet us with a sweet smile and they are ready to assist us with any inconvenience we may have. The current maintenance team is awesome, too! Two days ago, we were experiencing an issue with the AC in our unit and Jonathan came in and fixed it very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and talented.The very same day, he also assisted me by helping me with my car. After coming back from vacation, I needed to recharge my car's battery. "My mother and I rented an apartment here at Camden Governors Village just a few weeks ago. This is a transitional move for us, as we relocate to the area. We absolutely love it here! The initial process was painless. They had several options available and we were able to lock in on a unit suitable to pure needs. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and solutions/options were available, and rendered. Christina was and still is a joy to work with! Dave the property manager is very visible and appears to be very hands on and involved with his community. The grounds are impeccable and they take pride in that! It feels like resort living every day we step outside.:) This is communal living not single home living. You’re going to hear your neighbors from time to time. However I have honestly not had any overt noise, parking, trash etc issues thus far. I also don’t expect to. & we are fully confident that if we had any concerns, based our interaction with management, they will be addressed immediately."
