Bell Chapel Hill

"Of all of the places I could have moved to in the Triangle, I'm glad I chose Bell. The reasons why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 are the following nitpicky things: the fridge does not have a water dispenser (although the freezer does have an ice maker), the thermostat is old tech as I'm used to touchscreen interfaces instead of buttons, poor lighting in the living room since there is only the kitchen lights, my tub is cracked with a large, rough bump, and my faucet was crusty & gross when I moved in. Aside from that, I have attached pictures of my apartment (S1C Floorplan and on the 6th floor, which is the floor that has the highest ceilings in the building). I absolutely love living here. It's quiet, management is absolutely incredible, and it's in a safe & convenient location. The amenities are unmatched: valet trash, secure parking garage, convenient package hub, and great lobby with lots of seating and a coffee machine. I have now lived here for 7 months, so I feel like I am in good enough authority to say: this is the best place I've ever lived. :)"

"Very posh. Clean and modern. Friendly staff. Great ambience and amenities. The apartment backs into Booker Creek which has a thriving ecosystem of variety of turtles, fish, grey heron , beaver etc. It’s a delightful way to spend the evenings on the bridge across the creek, which is just a step away. Walking to various grocers like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Aldi or the various cafes is such a delight going through this ecosystem. Bell apartments are strategically located with easy access to everything."

"Although I was impressed with all that Bell Chapel Hill has to offer, I wanted to especially highlight what a pleasure it was to work with Matthew Hodge in their leasing office. From the moment my partner and I walked in the door, Matt was professional, collegial, and kind. He was gracious while providing us with time from his busy schedule, patient while answering our questions, and was conscientious with his follow-up without feeling overly persistent. The fact that he manages to do such great work while balancing his educational commitments is all the more impressive. "I have lived at Bell Chapel Hill for 6 month now. Over the past 6 years in Chapel Hill, I have lived in 2 other apartment building in the area and have a lot of experience with friends/family in neighbouring apartment complexes. Bell Chapel has been my favorite for 2 big reasons: 1. Facilities: kitchen and bathroom have nice features in all the units, common areas such as the pool and lobby are nice, the staff (Avery at the leasing office and the maintenance crew) are all very responsive, and everything is well kept and clean. 2.
