"Great front desk crew, great room, the cafe food at breakfast was average to poor. The food contained lots of spices and the eggs were full of cheese. Bot good for people with food allergies and those who dont like greasey salty food."

"If I had to complain I'd say it was the fact that I didn't have a microwave in my room and I was staying there a week. When I asked to be moved, I was told that my rate doesn't qualify me for a suite. I've stayed in Hamptons before and have always had microwaves in my room that weren't suites.. Nonetheless, I had a great stay at this location. It's in a central location and very CLEAN! The staff are easily recognizable and very accommodating. The hot breakfast in the mornings were very filling and satisfying. Both breakfast attendants were absolutely terrific. I was taking a course at the UNC-SOG and everyday SD was always very prompt picking me up and dropping me off. TJ kept the front area nice and clean and Mecca was such a joy to run into every evening. She always had a smile on her face and ready to help. Stay at this location if you are ever in the area. They make it all worth it."

"The rooms are great. Clean. They cancelled my room by mistake and then the woman helping me was not very kind toward me. Luckily I had printed out my reservation. Took an hour of me standing there to get a room after a 4 hour drive. Then the next day they checked me out even though my reservation was for one more day. Housekeeping showed up twice, they called the room to see why I hadn’t checked out. My keys wouldn’t work. All while I was trying to rest! Get it together people !"
