"This is always my go to place to stay when back in Chapel Hill. Its a short walk to campus and Franklin Street. The Bolin Creek Greenway is a 2 minute walk and from there you can walk to Carrboro or the other side of town. Eric is a great host and always available and attentive."

"Apartment was as advertised. Rustic, near campus, clean and well-appointed. Location and check in directions were clear and very detailed. Management was flexible regarding early check in."

"My husband and I, together with another couple stayed at Chapel Hill InnTown for a weekend. We came for a friend's wedding. The place is clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking breakfast and basic meals. Self check-in was really easy and it gave us a lot of flexibility. The furnishing is a little out of date. However, given its price, the place has great value!"

"The Chapel Hill InnTown met our needs perfectly. We were a group of five and Eric was able to accommodate us well. The apartment is well set up and stocked and we enjoyed the proximity to campus and Carrboro and being able to cook breakfast. The apartment was reasonably clean and Eric was a great communicator- we had no trouble with the instructions he provided and had a great stay!"

"Stayed here for three weeks whilst I visited the University of North Carolina for research. I found the apartment very cosy. It was clean and had a range of amenities including a washer and a dryer, in addition to the standard stove, refrigerator and microwave oven. Its location was very convenient for me as it was close to two bus stops that presented me with a variety of buses that would take me to UNC Hospitals and back. Additionally it is less than 5 minutes walk away from good, reasonably priced food. Unlike hotels where long distance phone calls may be pricey, at Chapel Hill InnTown it was very cheap. I would definitely stay again."
