"Lovely neighborhood, but parking situation is very frustrating.. I don't live there, but am a pet sitter for a resident and recently had my car towed after being there only 30 minutes. Left me stranded in the dark and charged $265 when only had my car for about an hour... Learned that there's a little street parking for nonresidents, but it's not labeled at all. Also learned that if residents need to have guests, are required to request passes in advance. Not very convenient in my opinion"

Office and maintenance staff demonstrate great effort at maintaining a clean and safe atmosphere for residents and their families."

"I just moved in to Cosgrove Hill and the move has been great! Everyone at the leasing office is super helpful and kind. We had a great experience with Neal as he was available whenever we had questions. The maintenance team has been great as well and takes care of any issues immediately. The community is friendly and the amenities are great. We love our apartment since it’s a great size and location."
