"Most friendly and accommodating on site manager and staff. Any repair or maintenance issue is ALWAYS delt with efficiency and utmost courtesy. We are happy tenants!"
"I never really had any problems here. Going off previous comments, yeah, they had large projects but, considering that I lived alone, it was easy to leave the workers be. They usually did their work during the day while I was at my own job so it was fine for both ends. The maintenance team is awesome and frequently responded within 48 hours which is excellent! My thanks to them. I never had any problems with any of the management, the most I saw them was just to pay my rent and that was that. I never had any other reason to complain. I had some pest issues but pest control is excellent about responding. If I had to rent anywhere again, it would most likely be here. No issues to complain about."
"I stayed here for 2 years and everything was pretty great. I had a 1 renovated bedroom unit. Only downside is where I stayed 20 some kids would play outside everyday once in a while and it was annoying. I’d have a trail of ants once a year but got under control once pest control came. By the end of my lease term two wasp got in and no clue how but other than those issues it was a decent place to stay."
"This community is prejudice to minorities!!! I was originally very pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment and I was working with someone in the office named Karen. Everything was fine until I applied to the place. First thing I did not like and thought was weird was the day after I applied, I was told the next day I needed to hurry and email paperwork by 12 or i'll be removed from system. Was not even 48 hours. I sent over paperwork TWICE to email we had been communicating through and around 3pm she calls and told me she never got it, I thought that was weird if she had been getting my other emails. I also work and have a family emergency to attend so the need to rush me the day after was very unnecessary. I feel if there is a day time limit to have paperwork uploaded, that should be discussed at the tour. Secondly, I am an independent contractor that just started working for a company, I send Karen my Income verification and she even calls to confirm I work at the place of business and then proceeds to tell me they don't accept " Independent Contractors". I am not even sure what that means. While on the phone trying to understand the issue, she is just speaking over me and just rejecting me without even trying to help me understand or find a solution. Karen I think that was very unprofessional of you and with you knowing I am on a time crunch to get out of my current lease, you seem to have no compassion or the ability to help someone understand without speaking over them and hanging up in their face. I did everything I needed to do and was denied without a proper explantation."
"This has been one of the most frustrating and completely infuriating experiences I have ever had anywhere. First, the property mangers feel it is necessary to do a re-plumbing project while the tenants are still living there. They had no intentions on offering lodging or any other accommodations saying, "this is why you have renters insurance." Please explain why State Farm should be responsible for putting me and my two kids in a hotel because you feel the need to tear my apartment up, to replace the pipes that have been working just fine I might add. This was not an emergency and could've been handled differently. I didn't feel like I could cook in my kitchen because there was insulation hanging out of the ceiling in two places. GROSS! I am a single father of two and can't afford to eat out every night much less get a spur of the moment hotel for the weekend. My insurance company wanted to help, but I still would've had to pay some out of pocket. Adding to this, they have always been unwilling to work with their tenants nor are willing to compromise in any situation. They could care less about anything but your next rent check. They charge you $1,100 for an $800 a month apartment. They just paint over any stains on the walls, re-caulk over messed up cracks on the edges of counters in the kitchen or tiles in the bathrooms. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can from this place. It's a total nightmare. Prepare yourself, Sagebrook Apartments/Pegasus Residential. This is just a taste of the negative publicity you will be receiving."
