She provides fun monthly social activities that truly supports a sense of community here. We also have many resident led activities that embrace and celebrate our diversity and sense of humanity. We are so fortunate to live in such a welcoming and engaging apartment complex."

"This is a great place to live! The property is very well maintained, the staff is friendly, there are a lot of activities on site, and the residents are friendly as well. They publish a resident directory at least once a month that has each residentâ??s name, photo, apartment number, phone number, email address, and birthday (with the residentâ??s permission of course) and it is alphabetical by first name of the resident. As a result, this is more of a community than just an apartment complex."

"Been here a month. People are very friendly & helpful. Many activities to participate in. Apartment is nice, spacious bedrooms and living area. Mix & Mingle every Wed where you have a chance to meet your neighbors. Pool is nice on these hot days. Glad we made this move!"

"I've lived at Overture Cotswold since June of 2022 and still love calling it home. The apartments are beautiful, spacious and quiet. The complex offers many activities for the residents and, although I can't participate in many because I still work, the events I have been able to attend were a blast! As for the staff, every interaction I've had with them, from the leasing office to maintenance, has been pleasant and helpful. When I was moving to Charlotte from out of town, I had to find an apartment fast due to starting a new job. Monica, one of the leasing agents, showed me the apartment virtually and went above and beyond in helping with getting me moved in, as she knew time was of the essence. I've had nothing but great experiences since I moved to Overture Cotswold. It is seriously a great place to live!"
