"This company charged my daughter twice for the same application. She was told that the first one was denied because the roommate was 20 and not 21. They told her that she would have gotten the apartment if it wasn’t for that so my daughter applied again. They even sent her an email notifying her where to go for electric service. My kid paid another $75 for a new application and was denied again. This time they said the place of employment wasn’t legitimate because the receptionist stuttered. The receptionist was new and nervous I’m assuming. I told the manager that I could show proof of the business (DOT,MC, or a letter from FMCSA- I even have tax returns) they didn’t want to see any of that. They said the paystubs were fake- and she was denied. I feel like they could have told her this the first time she applied. Why make her pay two times? They scam people out of application fee money. Check out there reviews on google!!!!! This isn’t their first time doing this!"

"They do not care here. They only respond by email and the amenities are mostly off limits due to Covid, which instead of providing any discount they just don't acknowledge it. They don't even allow visitors to come to the pool and they are not friendly for ADA needs. Dont waste your money or time, there are nicer places that actually care whats going on at their properties."
