All she was interested in was if I would qualify. She was very rude a disinterested. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!"

After 3 years I needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom townhouse for my fiancé and I and mrs Poff has made the transition as easy as possible for us. She has been very personable and professional and extremely helpful."

"I tried holding out on a review but, it’s worth it to save someone else the headache. The neighbors are amazing as well as the upkeep of the neighborhood. The homes are old but, they are still nice. They could use an update but, you get what you pay for. The Maintenance crew is really respectful and help as much as they can. The issue is the management. When there is something that they wish that you do or notice something that you don’t do, they will send a snarky rude email. However, They barely respond to your emails when you have a concern and when they do respond, it’s very combative. You have to hound them for a response which is not ideal. I’ve been in my apartment for almost two years and have had emails addressed in a non professional or demanding matter. The way that we as tenants are addressed is belittling and I’m so over it. I can’t wait for my lease to be up so I can leave. Home is supposed to be peaceful. Nobody wants to walk around on edge in the neighborhood not understanding where the animosity came from. The nasty attitudes from management definitely outweighs the good. And it never feels like “home” cause it feels like I’m always being watched."
