"The management and maintenance team are really great! MAA Huntersville is an awesome place to live! It is a quiet and enjoyable place with nice trees and native birds chirping around. You also have 3 grocery stores and many restaurants within walking distance."

"Major disappointment while moving in, Just a day before moving in, I got a call from the management informing me that the house for which I signed a lease agreement for was not available for moving in. Not sure how on earth they could have such a big mess. Instead I was offered another apartment of a lesser area albeit at the same price. That was a silver lining though. The condition of the apartment was not great though. We were welcomed by broken Fridge shelves, peeling out kitchen cabinets, falling wood pieces from the sink area, cobwebs all around, mold in the windows and dirty toilets. Was brought to notice to the management. They did try to fix a few things. Others were left as it is telling that it is a normal issue. While I keep typing this, still the storage area is having a lot of paint stains and dont feel like stepping into it. Once its all clean, I bet this should be a good place to stay. Management seems co-operative, will have to work with them to sort a remaining few things and we should see from there. Good location and proximity to schools and shopping complexes is a plus. Reducing the rate to 3.0, since we had a disappointment. Thanks Varada"

"I have been at MAA Huntersville for a few years now & although I have never had a bad experience here at all, I must say that the current staff has been a huge improvement. In other words good has become best. They have been extremely proactive here & the results are great in my opinion. I can just tell there is more to come, so thank you & keep up the fantastic work."

"I've lived here for nearly a year now and have found the office staff really helpful with whatever need arises. Maintenance is the best. Whatever has come up be it the furnace, washer or garage the men are quick to respond. The neighborhood is pretty quiet around the community. You can hear your neighbors sometimes, especially if arguing. If it gets to excess, management is quick to handle. Otherwise, neighbors are respectful to me. Curtis and Amanda are very professional which helped me decide to give them another year on my lease."

"The MAA Huntersville is where you call Home a Vacation Get-A-Away. Just a few minutes from Charlotte so you can enjoy the city life but nothing like coming home to humming birds on your balcony with a sweet breeze. I can enjoy the amenities and my place is fully loaded with a invitation to do brunch with my friends with nearby shopping and in case of an emergency urgent care and hospital are nearby. This holiday and birthday season will be a blast at my new home. I thank the friendly and supportive staff for making this happen for my family. My children will find and make new friends and memories here at MAA Huntersville. If your looking to a new place to call home look no further then MAA Hunterville. PS: Maintenance is 24hrs if you need something fixs they got you covered from wall to wall top to bottom."
