"After living here for a year, I can firmly say that I’ve enjoyed living at Silver Collection. I even decided to renew my lease for another year! I don’t use the amenities much. However, if you enjoy working out, going for a swim, or using the sauna/steam room, then this is your place. Madison has been my go to person since the very beginning. She is professional, helpful, and patient. That doesn’t mean that the others are not the same, because they are! The maintenance team is always on top of things. We appreciate you all!"

"Had the best experience with touring and moving into this property! Austin was amazing to work with between finding us an apartment on short term notice, answering all our calls, emails and questions AND his assistance on move-in day. Madison was also wonderful to work with and super professional- Madison made sure the apartment was move-in ready, clean as can be, and answered all of our questions. "I lived here for a year between 2022-2023. It was a very nice complex, clean, with quick maintenance and nice amenities. It's also very nice being able to walk to the grocery store or to go out to eat. Especially in the upper courtyards, there was also a big sense of community and a lot of residents would stop to hang out and talk to one another. My two complaints are that, due to some electrical issues caused by a lightning strike, there was an alarm in the utility closet in some buildings that was quite literally going off for months off and on. I understand the extenuating circumstances, but to have an alarm in the hallway just going off for months got to be grating and it felt like it should have been fixed sooner. And, secondly, the pool was closed I'd say about 50% of the time. Again, I understand that things come up (and that there are other amenities) but being charged a resort fee to have the pool closed about as often as it was open got a bit irritating. All in all, though, it was a very nice place to live."
