"I can't say enough good things about our stay here. It was all around one of the best experiences. My husband and I were traveling south (from NH to FL) with 3 young kids (if you have kids, you know how hard this can be). We only intended on staying for one night but ended up staying for two instead, that is how good it was. The location is great! There are so many shops, restaurants, and things to do near by (playgrounds!). It was too cold to swim in the pool but we had plenty to keep us entertained near by. The hotel was great as well. It was very clean and well maintained. The room we got was super spacious (one of the big factors that made us decide on staying another night). The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I was visiting the front desk quite frequently the first night and the young lady on duty was pleased to answer all my questions and had a wonderful attitude. If we ever road trip around that area again, we know where we will be staying!"

"While the stay and the location was convenient being CHARGED $550 TWO DAYS after I checked out wasn't!! $550 doubled the price for the initial stay that was prepaid already! for alleged "fresh pee" in a bed that me and not my friend have slept in, keep in mind, for two whole days, is very interesting! We are both grown adults who are fully capable of getting up to use the bathroom on our own! And for whatever “manager”,or whomever answered this afternoon who was not empathetic or clearly conscious in this situation which really disappointed me being as though the people who checked us in were great! He brushed the issue off because they couldn't charge the card on file like it was no big deal! What a shame! Times are hard enough nobody wants to deal with scammers after a stay!"

"The front desk staff were really helpful and helped us change rooms when items stopped working properly, however after my stay (which was prepaid) I received a charge which was more than double my room. When I called to ask what was the reason, i was asked by the Manager “if i stayed in the room or if i got the room for someone else” when I informed him that it was just I and another adult, I was informed that “There was fresh pee in the bed”. Which completely shocked me as I or she hasn’t peed in the bed since childhood. (Also, we checked out on Sunday at 11am this conversation happened Tuesday afternoon) Asked him to clarify, but i he seemed to get frustrated so I hung up. I’m unsure as to what they are trying to do, if they rented out the room after we left or if they are trying to scam. Either way, make sure you watch your acct. ."

"Was shocked by how nice this hotel was! Rooms were very clean and spacious. All staff was really nice and they have great deals at the bar. The breakfast was actually pretty tasty. The hotel location is close to everything! Would definitely stay here again if I’m in Huntersville!"

"Clean room. Bed was comfortable. The AC in the room worked ok but definitely did not reflect the actual temperature of the room (old unit). I'd give the bath soaps and shampoos a "C". Convenient location but high volume traffic area. We were able to hear some of the I-77 noise but it didn't keep us up (there's woods between the hotel and the highway). The gym is very tiny- only one treadmill. We ended up not using it because of the poor quality- went on a run outside instead. The breakfast was pretty good, but the coffee was poor quality. Would stay again for the value in comparison to other comparable hotels in the area."
