"Great apartments. The staff has been wonderful. They make you feel welcome and are happy to help and answer all questions. We moved into a renovated apartment that was done right. New appliances, cabinets and counters. They have double paned windows so it's very quiet in the apartment. The energy costs have been good. The community is the most quiet and tranquil place I've lived. Trees everywhere and very peaceful. The pet owners I've seen here are responsible and pick up after their dogs. We rented a garage because of the weather, but parking isn't a problem here. Every time I've used the open parking, I've been able to get a spot in front of our building. You're within walking distance of Birkdale Village, a huge plus. This community is centrally located to most shopping needs. All in all, it's a great place to live. Highly recommend it. Update: We moved just before our lease expired as we bought a house. Unlike other apartment companies (I’m looking at you GreyStar) Camden was fair, professional and great to deal with when it came to moving out. We moved out early and paid off our lease. We paid a cleaning fee per our lease, no surprise there. We were told that since we moved out about six weeks early, they would try to rent the apartment. If they did, we would get a refund. They did exactly that. We ended up getting a refund of almost a months rent. The staff was great during move out, probably the nicest staff we’ve ever met. I highly recommend living here. Other companies could learn from them *cough, GreyStar, cough*."
"My husband and I are moving from Miami FL to Charlotte NC this November 2023. So our search has been intense and we've toured soooo many places. Camden apartments has been our favorite! Beautiful renovations and awesome community. Neighbors and staff are so friendly. Madison from the office is an absolute gem! She is the sweetest and gave us the BEST experience ever!! We felt so welcomed and cared for during the process. Sadly, for now Camden won't be our new home but we are hoping someday we can call this place home in the future. We are so grateful for everything! Thanks again Maddy!! "
"Maintenance completed the request in a timely manner. But they request, of course, that pets be secured during the fulfillment. In the request, I selected for them to call first and gave my husband's phone number in the request to make sure they had it. They called me instead. I was at work and couldn't get back to them for 30 minutes. I didn't know until later that they completed the request anyway without calling my husband. There was all a mandatory sprinkler inspection that day, so 3x that day he had to deal with maintenance or pest control (wasp nest on balcony) entering without a head's up so he could secure the dog stress free."
