"My experience yesterday was so much of a relief. We all know how stressful moving from the new place to another can be. Courtney Hargrove an her stellar teammates help make this experience a good one. Courtney an other staff members were very nice and patient with the process. The entire process took no longer than 30 mins. My fiancé’ Carlos and I love the apartment it’s very spacious space for our big family. We look forward to making special memories in our new home thanks to Courtney Hargrove and the rest of the amazing staff at Waterford Hills. Everyone has different experiences but what I’ve learned is, Life is what you make it if you think and stay positive you will recover positive energy an results. "This place has been ridiculous! May 25th, 2023 my boyfriends car was broken into and the ignition switch was tampered with. He told the maintenance people what happened and they told him that this was like the 9th time it’s happened. Today September 17th my car was broken into right in front of our complex. Theres so many reviews and stories of this happening on this property but security hasn’t been add, gates and cameras have not been put up! But they are doing renovation to attract more tenants??? Make it make sense !"

I’ve ran into a small issue and our asst.manager Courtney listened to me and made me so comfortable with expressing myself! She was so easy to talk with and her tone was so professional the entire time!! I love it here so thus far!!"

"After living here for 2 days my wife car was broken into after going to the front office they did absolutely nothing. My wife left a review for them to respond and say the Kia/Hyundai challenge has been continued yet they have no security or gates for there complex also stating they are more than happy to discuss any additional options but we showed up to the rental office twice and no additional options were told to us, we will be taking matters in our own hands and contacting the proper authorities. July 2019 they have a review saying lock your car doors meaning cars has been stolen from their neighborhood for years this is unacceptable taking accountability for the lack of security for your apartment complex would be a start."
