"I love it here! I have been living here for about 2 years and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s in a quiet area but still close to stores or things to do. There is always something to do here whether it’s at the pool when the weather is nice or an event/food truck at the office. All the people in the office are very responsive and kind. Always fast to answers questions or resolve issues. Wether it be an issues in our building, with a neighbor, or in our apartment, it’s always been a good experience in getting it resolved or fixed quickly. Finding an apartment complex you love can be hard, but we definitely found home here."

"Our experience living here started off great! Despite this, we have quickly come to regret our decision. Since living here, we have lost several thousands of dollars in property due to mold. The complex was slow in processing our requests and concerns, and they will not compensate us for our lost property. Despite many of our items being visibly mottled with mold, they will not do anything about the issue since they could not find mold in the walls. The items we lost included treasured items from our wedding and large pieces of furniture. We are incredibly disappointed with the “support” we have been given. We cannot get out of here fast enough. I would not recommend living here to anyone."

"Loved this place when we first moved in and had no issues for over a year. But as time went on and management changed things went down hill fast starting at the dog park, having dog poop everywhere and management doesn't do anything (even though its in our contract) to the on duty cop telling us that it's not his problem for a noise complaint. To one of the front desk women telling everyone's business and who lives in the apartments. Then being told the move out but having to go back and forth multiple time because information was being left out and just wrong. It was just a headache. Management truly doesn't care and just wants your money."

"RENTERS BEWARE: Unprofessional, unaccommodating, undeserving. Current resident, I can't move out fast enough! Every morning the upstairs neighbor makes unbearable noise. Sounds like they are sliding furniture around, kids running, very loud thuds, and stomping. On multiple occasions I have made several compliments about noise. Neighbors are not concious or respectful about the people below or around them. There have been multiple occasions where there was a party at the pool, with loud music as late as 2am. Management at The Haven Regent Park has failed us as a community. The communication across the hasn't been good at all including corporate. The Haven really doesn't seem to care about resident complaints but more concerned about money. As Residents, we pay to feel comfortable and relax in our own home that is not possible here. Please do your research and read the Google reviews on this apartment complex before making a decision."
