The Villas at Fort Mill

"Sorry but my family and I are very disappointed in this place ( building 1122) We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and we haven’t had a goodnight sleep since we been here. Upstairs neighbors are constantly jumping around, bouncing balls, running around, stomping and slamming dresser draws. And the next door neighbors are constantly playing music on the weekends all loud. It’s sad when you can’t get enough sleep to have to go to work the next morning. People do work! I expect some noise but this is ridiculous!! And what makes it so bad is that it’s 9:00pm and it runs almost all night long. And then I have this one lady that will stand at our window each time she walks her dog and just look inside our window. Who stands there and just look inside someone else’s window for long periods of time?? That’s creepy!! These people DO NOT have any respect. Also, the people around here DO NOT like picking up their dog poo. I have told the management about it but it seems to be not working. I’m sorry but I can’t wait until our lease runs out but I will be calling corporate office if the noise doesn’t change."

"I had a wonderful experience at the Villas at Fort Mill. Management and staff are professional and caring. Management has helped residents who needed assistance with rent by providing information on community resources that helps with rental assistance. The grounds are always well-maintained. Maintenance took care of any work orders right away. The 2 bedrooms are spacious. It is located in a convenient area. I recently moved to downsize, but if they had 1 bedrooms I definitely would have stayed. It was really nice living in a community where the staff and management take pride in their property and care about the residents."

"I’m a vey happy resident who’s been at the Villas for almost two years. Southwood Realty came in shortly after I moved in and changed the culture of the community. They hit the ground running with getting the pool up and running. It was such a better experience under Joel’s management, and his then Leasing Agent. He has a new Leasing Agent, Viviana who is so personable and professional. Overall, Management is very friendly and cares about the tenant. When problems arise, they do address them, which is important to me it’s not the problems but are they being handled properly. I give them an A+ for their professional service to us tenants. I hope they continue to find fulfillment working with Southwood Realtty. I couldn’t imagine living here without them."
