"I moved away from Kingsley 3 weeks ago and I already miss this wonderful community! The leasing office and maintenance crew is amazing to say the very least. Very large and clean dog park, walking distance to restaurants/breweries, friendly residents, I could go on and on! I wish I could give Kingsley more than 5 stars because this was a truly wonderful place to call home."

"Krista and the Kingsley crew are (actually) the best apartment community team I have experienced before. I've been here 15 months and in that time, I have had an AC issue (solved within hours), a garbage disposal issue (solved next day) and I LOST MY KEYS!!! Krista have me a loaner set until I found my original set weeks later. These are high quality people running this place and it'll be a solid place for you. Cheers!"

"Kingsley Apartments is a fantastic place to live. We are living here as a transition place from moving to South Carolina from up north. We love all of the amenities the community has to offer, as well as the cleanliness of the property. The front office staff is always friendly and ready to help when needed."

"The apartment community is beautifully maintained and so scenic. I was already in love from the online photos, but everything is just as great in-person! The office staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Amenities are great and add to the value. Not to mention, I can walk two minutes to restaurants, bars, and shopping! My one (and only) criticism is that our unit did not include a washer and dryer, which we didn't realize when viewing the layout online. But the main clubhouse has a huge laundry room for tenants that is right next to the fitness center so I'll be able to get my workouts in while I wait for my clothes!"

"Super happy with our experience renting an apartment with Kingsley. So far, there has not been one single disappointment. The process of applying was very easy and we had plenty of ‘hand holding’ through the process of renting (it’s been awhile since we’ve rented a place). The grounds are immaculate. There’s an amazing dog park. A great place to work out. Want to wash your car? No problem, they have that too. We love it here so far!"
