Quality Inn at the Park

"This has got to be the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. We were here due to flight cancellations and delays. This was one of the hotels used by American Airlines when putting up travelers for the night. American Airlines should re-think using this hotel. The young man working the desk was super friendly. His name was Matt and aside from him this would’ve worst stay anywhere. Matt helped us get a room, he then offered to get us and another quest some snacks, as both couples had been stuck in airports all day. Matt was quick getting us checked in, he made great conversation with us and the other couple. He then went into his kitchen area and was able to throw together a small plate for us to eat. The Hotel itself is unkept and very dirty. There is a strong smell of marijuana throughout the hotel. The floors all over look as if they haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. Our room was messy, with the carpets full of crumbs and who knows what else. The tv stand had not been wiped clean, with old cup rings and sticky substances on it. The night stand had crumbs and similar drink rings as well. One of the beds and sheets that looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets towards the head of the bed looked like they were stained with hair and body grease. The bed we used had a deformed mattress. This hotel is in desperate need of some deep cleaned and TLC. Even with a free voucher, I would not stay here ever again. I feel bad for Matt, he should work somewhere else, as he has great customer service skills."

"It was a sufficient (cheap hotel). We needed 2 rooms to fit our family, so this was fine. Employees were all very nice, breakfast was good (waffles and sausage patties), our beds were good and I saw new mattresses in the lobby (they said they were remodeling). Our (parents/kids) room had a nice mini fridge and clean carpet and a well kept (but old dated tiny) bathroom. Our other (adult/teen children's) room had the same bed and carpets but their mini fridge wasn't as good, their room had a dent in the wall, cracked light switch and wiggly sink faucet handle. (Note the weird size in my picture with my youngest teen standing in the shower. Imagine a 6'3" man in there. Lol) Rooms smelled fine but hallway smelled like smoke with dirty carpet. (Maybe this part is last to renovate?) They did remember our request for adjoining rooms (which nicer hotels have forgotten). Overall, despite its issues and cheap spots, I was satisfied. Nice people and nice beds and good food go a long way."

"This place is NOT WORTHY of the 3.6-star rating! What a dump. It's across the street from an amusement park (clue #1 why it's trash). It's FILTHY, WREAKS of weed and cigarettes and musty. We were forced to stay here because of a missed connection with American Airlines. We got to our room and the door wasn't even closed shut (they just don't shut unless you pull them shut). Thankfully I travelled with my own blanket. I was afraid to use the ones provided & slept (if that's what you want to call it) on top of the made bed. The only positive of this place was the nice man working the desk last night/this morning. He was pleasant. That was the extent of the pleasantries with this place. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!"

"The staff here is absolutely amazing Deep, Matt, Sam are very helpful and respectful also the cleaning ladies are awesome. The owners are also very nice. So helpful and kind they basically break their neck to help you out. Breakfast is great too! Would give 20 stars but it doesn't allow it."

"Just for the night. American airlines put us up here because of a cancelled flight. Was the bathtub clean ? I'm not sure. I think The rooms may sit sometimes. I wasn't grossed out. We were assigned a double. My husband sat on one bed, he felt like he fell into a hole. The other bed was fine. Good cable TV. Breakfast was a good continental style. Pastries cereal fruit, yogurt, they even had eggs and sausage and make yourself waffles. The road approaching the hotel was weirdly unpaved and gravelly. Also no elevator. Only 2 levels . Has an outdoor pool."
