"I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and at first I absolutely loved it. I still love everything about it especially the management (Whitney and Christina are AMAZING!) BUT some new people moved above me with children and the noise is unbearable and constant from sun up to sun down. Even after having several talks with the parents, they just don’t care. It makes me sad because I want to enjoy living here again. I need my peace back!"

"I visited as part of the cleaning crew. The complex is really nice with lots of extras such as a dog spa. There are exercise rooms and desktop computers for your personal use while enjoying a cup of coffee. There's a REALLY cozy game room with flat screen TV and a pool table. It's an apartment complex with all of the extras included."

"I used to live at Evolve. It was very nice and very pricey. There is a lot of diversity and maintenance was incredible. Most apartments slap the name “luxury” on it now a days. The apartments do have a lot of space, lovely club house with a pool, and decent amenities. The only thing that is odd is that they don’t have lockers for your packages. I believe a luxury apartment should invest in lockers instead of packages thrown around a small room like some sort of warehouse. It’s a hassle trying to find your package for a good 20 min. Unfortunately, I had multiple missing packages and my neighbors said the same. I had neighbors that also mentioned many random fees with trash can pick ups. Just a heads up if it’s too heavy or too many bags."

"Does not deserve a 3.9 review! You walk into the office and nobody greets you except the nice girl at the desk. The customer service is completely lacking with others that are apart of the Office staff . They seem to think they are better than you and are completely rude.. The assistant property manager was on her cell phone texting and the property manager kept circling me like prey and walking around the room. Which made me feel uncomfortable. They were talking within themselves about a Jeopardy show. Never once did they acknowledge me! I completely agree with Mr. Browns review except I’ve been here 4 years. I may not sign another lease. This place has completely went down hill. Like Mr. Brown I also reached out to the office three times “emails to prove it” to see how much I owed. I never received an answer except look online. I expressed I couldn’t see it. How can I do that when you have blocked me and I can’t see how much I owe??! I refuse to pay a late for this! You need better office staff that appreciates the residents . What I have seen in the last year is exactly the opposite! It needs to change!!"

"Been here for 3 years and they treat you terribly. Won’t work with you at all when you have an issue, throw in unnecessary fees whenever they can. I paid my balance the first of the month, they then told me a few days later that they had the balance wrong on my account, and charged me a late fee for not paying the remaining balance in time, even though my account showed I was all paid up lol. Definitely steer clear of this place"
