"I really like living here! Maintenance is always on point and ready to help and the office staff is really helpful to any questions you may have. Only sad part is that the pool has only been open for like two separate weeks because people can’t respect the rules, but overall it’s been a good experience"
"I am in my second lease at redpoint and I love it. You really can’t beat a balcony off your bedroom and it’s so nice to live i a house with parking right outside your door. We have so much more room with a walk-in pantry, walk-in closets, laundry room, coat closet, and attic for storage."
"Good Amenities! I really enjoy the gym, study rooms, and events held. Wish the pool was open more but it is nice and kept up well. I am able to walk around the area without feeling unsafe. I like the layout of the homes and feel likes it’s a lot bigger and nicer than apartments!"
"literally begging you not to live here. the apartments look super cute and “luxurious” but they are the complete opposite. when I moved in my room was actually gross. not only was it dirty but every piece of furniture was in some way screwed up. once i moved out i was charged $1300 to replace all the furniture (that was damaged upon my move in.) i then spoke to the person who previously lived in that room and she was also charged for all the furniture when she moved out. they will charge you for any damages, not fix the damages, and then charge the next person and it just continues. unless you’d like to be scammed, traumatized, and in debt i do not recommend :)"
"I am surprised to even give this place one star. I have not been treated with the respect nor transparency for rental inquiries. As a current tenant, I am supremely irritated by the lack of assistance to provide me with critical information for lease information, resolve the never-ending roach infestation that only a simple spray was performed around the perimeter after a request was placed, and the lack of transparency regarding my lease too."
