"Since property management has changed this place is a nightmare. Maintenance issues don't get fixed. Everyone pays a different rental price for the same set up. They will find anyway to take extra money from you. I tried renewing my lease gave months notice and still got charged a 507/month to month fee after living here for 3 years. I would avoid this property."

"So my son and I just moved in about 2 weeks ago Ladies in the office were extremely helpful in helping us get through the application process which we hit a few frustrating snags during. But today I ordered a new dresser which the fed ex guy left a 150 lb box at first floor when I live on the 3rd floor The box was taller then me and weighed more then me. Now I'm sure FedEx person wouldn't know how small I am but still you don't just leave a 3rd floor package at 1st floor and just figure it's their problem now. Anyway one of the maintenance guys I'm not sure what his name is saw me in distress and stopped and went above and beyond and carried to my apartment for me. I lived at reserve at forest hills for 5 years. And staff and maintenance there couldn't care less about residents. Just give them their money while they kept raising rent every year and doing nothing for it. Apartments here are in 100x better condition are also less expensive and staff and maintenance crew are proving themselves to be extremely helpful and that they actually care to help residents when needed I just want to amend my review to include the fact that the ladies running the office here are all pretty freaking amazing."
