"I lived here for 8 years now, and I truly love where I live... I was up for eviction in 2014 for littering and heavy foot traffic. My eviction was overturned. 2 years after my eviction I became President of Resident's Council and Association for Market North Apt's on June 23, 2017. It is my goal to beautify our community and make it a safe better liveable condition's. I have created a (closed) group for our community for discussions to see what I can do to help fix the problem a tenant maybe experiencing... The name of my group is "Together We Stand" ( Market North Apt's)....."

"This place is trashy high crime rate with robbery do don't walk out at night.the apartment s a sewage backup an molded they need to close it down!!!!! Maintenance don't fix anything!!! An the got all these high price nice apartments build around the hood!!!! WOW"

"Where do I start?? No one cares about anything around here. I pay money to stay here and if something goes wrong it doesn't get fixed or if it does it gets rigged and then breaks again. The manager gets an A for effort because she tries but the other lady in the office Jackie is worthless,rude,and disrespectful. The company that owns the properties PK Management has a Wonderful sounding mission statement but like I said it sounds wonderful but they don't care either. You can't get a response from a phone call nor a call back. My AC has been broken for a month if not longer and they have had 3 different reasons it's broke but none of the reasons has been explained or looked into by a professional or someone with experience. My kitchen cabinet fell off the wall 2 months ago and it still hasn't been fixed. The back door threshold came off due to the door rooting in the middle and still no new door but it took 2 months for them to come screw a new threshold on and I can see daylight through the sides of both doors and rain comes in the back door . Paint is peeling off everything, the sheet rock is cracked and the screws and nails are showing all over the place, holes in walls from dry rot. Does anyone care that I have 2 kids living here in a place that says they care about there tenants and blah blah blah. They care about the money they make from the tenants whether they pay or the government pays for them."

"Worst ever I have never been in an apartment complex where the maintenance people don't come and do their job things that do get fixed don't last long they're lazy. When they pick the trash up out here they really don't it still sits in the same spot.ttons of break ins happen all the time and no one can't stop it. I recommend some people to really put market north under investigation especially the office staff. It needs to be more upscale and things need to be done the right way."

"There is no way any of these are real reviews. There is so many drugs out there it is ridiculous. They do nothing for tenants. They base it off of your income and 9/10 of them had no income coming in found jobs and never reported the change. It hinders the people that need help and.Can not get it because others are taking complete advantage.ofthem. The outside looks good and the up keep for the outside is alright it is just way to many drug dealers and drugs around way to many poverty stricken children. They need to get rid of the drugs and all the dealers standing on the streets and it would not be a bad place."
