"I wouldn't recommend this place at all. My car has been hit twice here and not a single person wanted to fess up to it. The terrible children that live here run rampant through the parking lot and don't care if there's cars coming , they constantly will crash things into your car leaving scratch marks all over it. I've had three packages and one door dash stolen from my doorstep. The management team has changed here more times than I can count. When you try to contact them to ask questions not a single one of them knows an answer to any of it and claim that they'll give you a call back when they figure it out but never do. Some of the maintenance crew kind of know what they're talking about, but it's very far and few between. When I first moved in I sent close to 40 pictures of things that were damaged or poorly painted over to mask the damage. So lets see if they acknowledge them and don't try to over charge me just so they can keep my deposit. I've tried to contact them about what has gone on and not a single person cares. They tried to charge me for damages that weren't done in my apartment. I know because I took pictures of everything when I moved in and moved out. I'm still fighting it as they have sent it to collections."

"i lived the 3 years and things were great and was a safe place till. they started to change and my cars were broken into twice and cost me alot of money to fix the glass. the filters never got change on time. alot of car with exp tags and people parking anywhere they want. i moved out august 1st for family emergency. i sent them a email . every month i get a bill for rent and power . managment has changed alot. seems they dont know what is going on outside of the office. trash cans still out side."

"This is the worst apartment complex ever... The end! The apartment manager and her helpers are all rude and racist. They try to act as if this is a luxury apartment but it's nothing close to that. People have shot guns randomly that live here. plenty of robberies and assaults have taken place here. The complex is dirty and stinky. The never clean the complex with pressure washing. The garbage at the main ben overflows with garbage and it's all on the outside of the garbage ben. You have to drive by it because it is exposed. People just throw the garbage on the ground next to the ben because it is no room for all the garbage. This apartment complex is dangerous and the people who run it have no morals. They will rent to you and still look down on you. Once that lease is signed and you are locked in then they show you their true colors. Go anywhere else for an apartment but here. You have been warned. It's so much stuff wrong with this apartment complex there is plenty I did not mention like the sale of drugs in the apartments. The garbage disposals will break. The pipes are horrible they make these loud noises when some people turn on their showers or sinks. Water leaks in the hallways out of the walls."

"Living here for 4 years and it's OK. Never had a issue with maintenance until they decided to enter our apartment for an issue that was already resolved according to an email I received. 5 days later, I arrived home and a maintenance guy was standing in the guest bathroom. I ask him what's the issue now. He really couldn't explain. He go and get another maintenance guy. I'm upset, I called the office to speak with property manager or her assistant but they were out of the office. So , I discuss with both maintenance guys about entering our apartment without notification. The 1 guy told me they can enter whenever that's an issue they need to be fix. I told him according to the email I received 5 days ago it was fix. Me and him kept going back and forward and he never apologize. Now I feel they will enter whenever they feel like it."

"I have been staying here for 3months with my family of 2 daughters. Everything is nice about the place. close proximity to all the essential shops and restaurants. comes under one of the best school districts. much cheaper rent compared to other leasing societies near by. Leasing experience with Kimberly was excellent. Ample parking space. Basic amenities/equipment inside the unit are in good condition and checked all boxes. Below are few cons, since for us these are manageable so not deducting any stars. 1. Less storage spaces inside the apartment 2. Kitchen sink size is small 3. No balcony in majority of apartments including mine."
