"Horrible new management!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Beautiful townhomes lovely location and all ruined. We’re moving out end of the month. New management pulling illegal things. Not following current lease agreements and completely disengaged with the residents. The community manager never looks your way, says hi, introduces herself. Literally makes you feel bad for even walking into her office. They have pushed people out by increasing rent as much as 13% a month!!! They manipulate rent prices. Everything is non negotiable. They charged us way more for our water bills than what we should have been charged. Closed the club house which was 24/7. I cannot believe we’re paying the penalty we are to leave but we bought a house and we need to get out. No compassion for their residents at all. Horrible horrible place."

I would be remiss if I didn't mention the wonderful staff that are very professional and the two ladies Kristen and Amanda are always smiling every time we see them. "Been waiting on my deposit since May. Have left multiple messages and emailed with no response. Only time I got a response is when I contacted Hawthorne. Kristen left voicemail. Wife has called back twice, No answer and left message and email. No response.Contacted Hawthorne no response. Very surprised. Guess when you leave they forget you. Your deposit means nothing and they show they are not concerned. Always paid my rent on time, kept my place clean and decorative. Was cleaner when I left than when I got there and this is how much they DON’T CARE."
