"The Cloisters apartment has been an answer to prayer. I was in need for a safe place to live when I found this gem of a community. Tracey is a gracious and kind manager who listens to the needs of everyone who calls this tucked away neighborhood home. I recommend this the Cloisters 100%!!"

"DO NOT DO IT. I lived at this complex for two years and saw 3 new managers, 2 raises in rent (in the hundreds), numerous issues, and no changes or renovations. When something was broken upon moving in no one would come and fix it. Good luck ever getting a response from them or your deposit back. It took me 3 months and a ton of annoying emails/calls before receiving back less than half of my deposit back for ridiculous fees that were never discussed at the walk through. This place is over priced and very run down filled with sketchy people/situations everyday."

"Not for professional people! I moved here last October sight unseen and have since moved out! This complex is run down, floods, has had numerous police responses for domestic violence and drug activities. The only amenity offered is a green slimy pool which people off the street utilize. One washer and dryer for 88 units so make sure that you buy your own! 25% increase in rent without any improvements. Do your research on ownership and police reports before making a decision. You can pay less and live better elsewhere believe me!!"

"DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Horrible landlords. Won’t fix anything. Five owners in 5 years. Always raising the rent only to do nothing for the tenants. Apartments are nice and in a somewhat nice location but that is it. Lots of talking from every owner there has been in last 5 years but no action to keep the property or apartments up. I finally moved out this past July. Almost 60 days later and numerous phone calls to Tracy, the property manager, I still haven’t received my security deposit refund. I was told by Tracy going on three weeks ago that they were going to send it out the next week. Two weeks later still no refund so I am getting an attorney involved. Tracy won’t take my calls now. These people are thieves and liars. I would not trust any of them. If you move out don’t expect to get your deposit easily or quickly no matter what they tell you. By law which they have broken they only have 30 days to return your security deposit refund not 60 or longer. Good luck with these folks."

"Absolutely love living here! I was skeptical to move here at first, but Tracy, the property manager, made me feel right at home. She goes above and beyond and introduced me to other tenants that I am now friends with. I highly recommend living here."
