"I really like living here, it’s a major upgrade and beautiful. Once this construction is done it’ll be more enjoyable but the roads are all busted up entering Amberleigh south. Peyton and Mike are also excellent to work with! Cons- neighbors leave bags of garbage outside their doors not in the bins for days when garbage is not picked up. The gates is the most serious issue as they don’t work 98% of the time and is a major safety concern. They are always open. Over all though, I do like what’s offered and the apartments are very nice on the inside. Beautiful open modern concept. If the rent doesn’t go up, I plan on staying."
"Very beautiful building with good amenities. Really enjoyed the natural beauty around the apartment complex as well which you don't get at all other places. Love the diversity of people living there as well! Unfortunately the apartment is very poorly kept and frequently dirty. The entrance gate was always broken open which actually resulted in 2 separate instances of people attempting to break into our apartment late at night where the police were called both times. Management offered no support or care...which was angering to say the least. Management was poor BUT I will say the maintenance team was AMAZING! The pool is beautiful but is treated like a fraternity/sorority house...the one summer my wife and I didn't go to the pool at all because of excessive alcohol and a minimum of 3-4 individual speakers blasting music. Often times the pool was used by obnoxious people that didn't even live there...but hey, if the gate is open. Have waited almost a year to write this review but after writing a VERY positive review for our current apartment complex (Hudson Renaissance), felt compelled to share my story."
"Alexis was a great help in finding a new home for me and my wife. She showed us the great property/ rental unit we were looking at and she made sure that we got the best deal we could. The process from application to move in has been quick and painless and much more affordable than any other property we have looked at. "Unprofessional, inconsiderate, inconsistent employees and management. Don’t live here, they pick and choose who to enforce policies on, they make up rules whenever they see fit, with no policies in place to back them up. The gates are almost NEVER closed, and if they are, it’s only to get OUT of the complex. I’ve lived here over half a year and the gates have only been closed for maybe 15 nights, in total, out of this whole time frame. And honestly that’s being generous. They are very rarely closed and functioning. But the office staff will just blame this on the ‘residents breaking them’. Maintenance is lazy and does a poor job keeping the grounds clean, takes a long time to fill requests, will give you a date and time they will arrive, then have to come back the next day because they lied about actually getting the work done. Pool is gross, looks nice, but they do a poor job at up-keeping them. Foggy water and leaves and debris everywhere. Rent prices make no sense and can vary from 2400 to 1600 for the exact same unit with same amenities and all. Dogs are not monitored or cleaned up after through the entire property. Poop bag stations will be filled and not checked for days. Trust. There is a reason No One Renews Their Lease At Amberleigh. The best thing you can do is just go somewhere else. Not worth it."
"Do not expect to get your security deposit back they make sure they take at least half. It's a new build but comes with many issues, hallways are filthy, they never cleaned before they painted over. There has been many mold and leaking issues for many residents because this complex was put up too quick. Also, they promise a lot they are going to do around the grounds, and it never happens."
