"Had a fabulous stay at SeaPath. Rented the condo for a week stay it had everything you could ask for. It was roomy and comfortable. We entained friends and made friends. Everyone was so friendly. Very reasonably priced they do they do allow pets better than staying at a motel. We hope to return soon Thank you SeaPath for a great vacation."
"Enjoy being here except for a few things. Except for creepy neighbors. There’s a (all respect) a larger woman with a black and white pit in building 1, that lets her dog pee on my door and scratch my door. It drives my dog crazy. I’ve tried to asking her but she walks away when I open the door. Not trying to have problems with my new neighbors. Another neighbor who lets their kid bang on the floor and walks. I can write off the child play as typical apartment living. I just can’t accent someone else’s dog pee coming through My apartment door and I have to clean it up every time."
"I've truly cherished my time at Seapath. The vibrant community, beautiful surroundings, and friendly neighbors make it an exceptional place to call home. From the stunning ocean views to the convenience of local amenities, I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here. I can't wait to see what the future holds in this wonderful community!""
"Lived here 4 years. Was good at first. Had to get a rental car because ours was in the shop. Immediately got a boot on the rental car and had to pay $160 to get it off. Caitlin the assistant manager said it was ridiculous and she would get the manager to fix it. Manager called back the next day and said there was nothing he could do. Seems like a big money making scheme. Edit to add: Dear [Your Name], [Your Position] at Seapath Apartments, I'd be happy to call you an additional time if this issue could be resolved. But given that you didn't bother filling in the blanks on your standardized reply, I'm not hopeful that this would be the case."
"Lived here for 4 years. In the beginning it was very nice and clean. Over the last 18 months it has gone down hill. Dirty walkways, pool area and parking lot. I don't blame the management just who they lease to. People throw food in the parking lot, hallways and off their balconies. Have started seeing bugs that has never been an issue in the past. On the weekends the pool is a free for all with people dumping their kids and nobody supervising. Loud music, smoking and outrageous behavior. Moving very soon. Not sure how this changed over time but not a luxury place anymore. I would look elsewhere for the money it cost to live here."
