"We moved here about 7 months ago. From the minute we started our tour, we knew we were home. Love the pool and workout room, just a quick walk from our apartment. Any problems we have had( which are few), were quickly addressed. Usually on the same day. Very dog friendly and our dogs love having a dog park to play in. Lisa is awesome and super friendly. She never seems to mind when we drop in the office to see her. After living in other apartments in Atlanta, this is the best place we've ever lived. We love it here."

"I have lived here over a year now and I just moved into a newly renovated apartment and it is absolutely beautiful and very zen! The staff are really pleasant and whenever I call about anything they are quick to respond. I can actually say, and mean it, that this is not a bad place to live and would recommend checking them out and getting a place of your own here. The renovated apartments are really nice and I think you may really like them. Also, there is a dog park is a good size and I don’t have to wait forever to get in there with my dogs. They also have nice dog walking and potty areas all over. There is a nice gym and a good sized clubhouse. It is apparent that they are striving for a tenant-oriented community and I cannot wait to see what they do next!"

"This is a really great complex to live in. The property managers are very nice, helpful, and prompt. They also have social meet and greets if you choose to participate at the community club. It's always clean. The landscape is always kept up nice and neat. We have children so it's very convenient having pool access and a playground. Schools are in the area. There are stores near but it's also secluded, which is a plus. The apartments are spacious and quiet."

"We moved here last February fixing to sign our second year lease. As soon as we got here it felt like home. Our proper manager Lisa is awesome and all of the staff they come with a friendly smile and a helping hand if needed. We didn’t have small kids but we had small dogs and the dog park is a plus for us. Everyone does a good job about cleaning up after their pets. Anytime we have had an issue it has been handled with quickness. And one more thing the grounds is just beautiful when I walk out of our breezeway in the mornings I look up towards the park and what a beautiful view! The ponds the wildlife and being 8 miles from ocean is a plus as well."

"I have lived at Reserve at Ridgewood Plantation for five years now and have not had a negative thing to say about this complex since. My apartment is beautiful. The Property Manager Lisa is outstanding as well as her assistant Suzanne. If you have a problem, it is taken care of immediately. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and will address any problems you may have in a timely manner. The grounds are kept very nicely.
