"I loved the apartment itself. Very spacious, cute, and well priced. I didn't see bugs inside the apartment too often which is always a good thing for me. The only thing that really disappointed me was the office staff. My roommate and I complained multiple times about a neighbor and nothing was ever done. Half the time either me, my roommate, or both of us did not receive responses to emails. I emailed them one time after there were at least 30-50 little dead bugs in front of our door (which happened multiple times in the year we lived there, I'm assuming after they sprayed or something). We could not get to our door without stepping on them. I never heard back and they were not cleaned up. They sent us a late notice for the rent the month AFTER we moved out. Thankfully, they did say to ignore it after we had to email them about it. Overall, the apartments and complex are very nice. Would not recommend if you prefer communicative office staff."

"I lived here for 2 years. Ultimately I liked the spaciousness of my unit for the price, but Jill and Mary (who run the front office) are the reason for the 2 stars. They're super rude and aloof. Any time you call with a question or to gain clarity, you're rushed off the phone as if you're inconveniencing them and you can actually hear in their voice that they're annoyed. I tried communicating through email and many of mine and my roommates emails went unanswered. I had issues with the upstairs neighbor being too loud at all hours and Jill appeared to care at first by saying to let her know if it continued. I told her a few months later the issue was still happening, and no answer. I would say this is a good place to live ONLY if you live on the second floor and also if you are okay with a low quality of communication on the office's part."
