The apartments are beautiful and spacious, the property is well maintained and clean, the leasing staff are kind and friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff are extremely prompt and responsive with dealing with any maintenance issues! It’s also situated in a great location for accessing everything in town - the bike trail is right here, and everything else is about 10 minutes or less away. Very happy here!"

"We didn't notice the leak until Thanksgiving evening and at that same time noticed the sink was detaching from the cointer top, Maintenance did a wonderful job fixing the sink and the leak. Very prompt service! Thank you very much"

"I just recently moved into One Midtown, and my experience has been great thus far! The amenities are great, and the staff is very helpful! Recently, my upstairs neighbor flooded their washer which then caused water to leak from their floor into my ceiling. The trapped water managed to come through my smoke detector, setting it off for 30 minutes. The maintenance crew was very helpful. Without having to call, a maintenance man came to my door to look at the smoke detector. He was very helpful, assured me that there was no damage, and came the next day to replace it. I quickly mentioned that I needed to put in a work order for a new water filter. He remembered that and brought the filter when he came to replace the smoke detector. Long story short, five stars to the One Midtown Maintenance Crew!"

"I recently moved to the Midtown apartment complex in July 2022, and overall, it has been a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making the move-in process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment complex itself is nice, with well-maintained common areas and amenities. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities, beaches, and entertainment options. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy living environment. However, there is one significant issue that has been a major cause for concern - cockroach infestation. Despite repeatedly requesting pest control services from the apartment management over ten times, the cockroach problem persists. These unwelcome pests have been found on the counters, kitchen cabinets, behind the fridge, and oven, which is truly disgusting and unacceptable to have in one's home. Unfortunately, the apartment management has not followed up on the pest control issue, and it has been a source of frustration. Moreover, speaking with a neighbor revealed that they are also experiencing the same problem, which indicates that this is not an isolated incident. As a resident, it is disheartening to have to deal with a persistent cockroach infestation in my home despite multiple requests for assistance. It has been disappointing to see that the management has not been proactive in addressing this problem, which has affected the overall experience of living in this apartment complex. 25 May 23: the apartment manager connected with me and they were to resolve the cockroach issue."
