"I applied twice for a apt. My credit was bad 5 yrs ago so I was okay when I was denied. Now my credit is good reapplied and was denied AGAIN!!! Went to 2 other apts in the vicinity got approved for both within a day. Choose a WONDERFUL complex . So it worked out fine for me. My new apartment has all the upgraded amenities I wanted and is cheaper than Northchase.. Love it jere"
