The location is extraordinary - the river boardwalk is outside our door, there's a new amphitheater next door which will be fun, walking distance to all the downtown stuff, 15 min drive to the beach (off-season. I hear its much longer on-season)...just a fabulous location. There are glitches you would expect from a brand new building still in process of opening, but they get handled. The building management is personable, reasonable and responsive. The apt is great - windows are expansive so I can see the fabulous view from every room. So far, a wonderful place to live and have a home office."

"Honestly the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. They all go so far above & beyond to make sure that everyone who lives here is happy & feels apart of the community. It’s a new build so there’s a few kinks every now & then, but Tyler & Allison & everyone else in the front office always make sure to make their residents a priority. & Aimee & Emily with apartment life are amazing at throwing community events like trivia nights & movie nights. I have not found a single downside to living here yet, it’s genuinely the best."
