Pier 33 Apartments

"Would not recommend. Everything that seemed attractive about living here has been neglected for 6/12 months of my lease. Dirty (dog + poop smell everywhere) Unsafe (key fob entries broken) Cars get broken into- within the "secure" garage. Just a few of my main complaints. The views are decent. Only when you can tolerate the stench from the river. Gross at Pier33. Never again."

"I moved to this property from a house rental for 5+ years. I have lived in both a two bedroom and a one bedroom apartment. This community has left with me with nothing but high expectations for future living situations. We all know that the location is top notch. The views and pool courtyard is out of this world. I appreciate the construction and minimal noise issues. The community is taking the time to upgrade systems that only enhance what Pier 33 has offered from the beginning."

"Absolutely horrible place. Good location but apartment itself absolute dodo. I know one resident filed a complaint with corporate office due to safety issues next day that resident got an email that the lease will not be renewed and given a move out date. Key fob system doesn’t not always work, back doors always unlocked and system goes out of service so your doors don’t lock and anyone can come in. Now I got stock in the elevator with two dogs and no way out. I’m not a resident here and I never will be."

"Amazing!!!!! As newlyweds this is exactly what we needed! The fact that it was an amazing view, a washer and a dryer… we are set! The trash valet is just a cherry on top of the ice cream. We love the indoor hallways, the friendly neighbors, the gated floors, and the facts that I can’t hear my neighbors. May I add, we don’t even have to change a lightbulb. I know because it literally happened to us, we put a ticket in and they had it fixed the next day. Highly recommend these apartments. I almost forgot to mentioned that we are literally one minute away from the river walk and walking distance from downtown."
