One of the standout features of this complex is the breathtaking view, common areas, and the grounds. Waking up to such a picturesque scene every day has added an extra layer of joy to my daily routine. The attention to detail in providing a luxurious living space has not gone unnoticed. The leasing staff, maintenance staff, and grounds staff are exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel welcome and supported. Seriously, if you're thinking about moving, this is the spot. 10/10, would recommend."

"I’ve lived at Sawmill for over 2 years and really enjoy the community. Maintenance issues have been rare, but handled quickly when submitted. Staff are friendly and always willing to assist. The sunsets are extraordinary! Great location close to restaurants, shopping, comedy, the Wilson Center, and concerts next door at the amphitheater. Definitely a place to consider if you want to be close to downtown."

"If you have a dog(s) this is the most pet friendly apartment complex with the largest green space in downtown Wilmington. My two dogs and I have enjoyed living here for the last 15+ months. It's super spacious and the amenities are great. I love hanging out at the river shack catching the sunset, lounging at the pool and shooting pool at the clubhouse. Having direct access to the Riverwalk is nice bc you can easily get to all of downtown in a mile or less. Being next door to Live Oak Pavilion is fun too. You really can't beat this location."
