"I’ve been living here since July and overall besides parking and my dryer duct still not working it as been great. That was until today. They are redoing the parking lot currently and keep changing times due to weather/ delays which is okay. However they do a poor job of informing the tenant when each section is being started as it’s been changed so much. Today my car got towed, without any call or warning, i just woke up to it not there. For how much we’re paying it’s ridiculous that they’re towing without a letting me know properly. I talked to management and they were kind of rude about the situation that also left a bad taste in my mouth although the employees are great that i’ve talked to Ciarra specifically. On top of all this they have a sign at the front with parking and towing rates listed at $75 which i believe to be very misleading as when i called the tow truck company they said it would be $150. I can’t wait to pay my towing fee! Thanks Copper Point!!"

"My partner and I moved here over the summer. From the pool to the tennis court (now pickleball!) and the workout facilities, we have been so grateful for our decision. The facilities are SO well maintained! The office staff is always kind and welcoming of any question. Maintenance requests are fulfilled extremely efficiently. And we are central to more than we could need in Knoxville. Also, from the dog park to the numerous pet stations, our fur baby has been welcomed with open arms. We really love living at Copper Pointe!"

"I have been here at Copper Point for going on 4 years and it has been an enjoyable 4 years so far. The staff is always friendly and takes care of any problems in a timely manner. The upgrades to the apartments a few years ago makes things nice and warming. The pool is nice and relaxing. The gym is always clean with equipment that is basic for most needs. I look forward to another 4 years of enjoyment."

"This place would be great if we weren't being forced out by rent increases. Doubt I'll be able to stay another year. I also had to get management involved when a leasing agent tried to start charging us pet rent for four dogs (we have two). Our cars have also been broken into multiple times and all the complex does is send out an email reminding people not to keep things in their cars. The maintenance staff is amazing, though."
