"Lived here bout 7 months. Seemed nice at 1st, then I soon found out that the landlord is friends with alot of the tenants!!! If you're not part of the CLICK then you are getting harrassed for bogus reasons. After I reported several times that I suspected illegal activity, I was giving a 7 day eviction for people supposedly living with me, which they werent. I was babysitting my grandkids. I also did not receive my deposit back or any reason as to why. The landlord is rarely in the office and doesnt return phone calls. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!"

"Just moved out of here. Reported master bath toilet leaning with flooring soft around toilet flooring. Reported Thanksgiving 2016. Tripped and fell Dec. 6th 2017....taken to er where surgery was done on wrist. Put a metal plate and screws in to hold wrist together. Got back to apartment by noon the 7th. Received a phone call from LaRissa Harris that afternoon telling me I had to move out. Office lady tried to Bill me for 52 dollars. After investigating it was found they owed me 12 dollars. Be careful they don't bill you for fake things and don't make money orders to Ms. Harris. Good luck!"
