"Omg the microwave caught on fire. I took it downstairs to replace. Roaches everywhere. The kitchen sink was clogged. The toilet didn't work half the time. One day the water didn't work for several hours. It was stinky musty. Looked nothing like the pictures. Not updated like pics. They had me pick rooms. The first one...all of the cabinets were halfway off the hinges all wonky. Both rooms had holes in doors. When I got in the room I chose and waited for that was supposed to be clean..it was not.. There was poop in the toilet and all counters still dirty. Sheets stunk so I washed them....horrible place. I don't even know if they give refunds. Disgusted!"

"The service their is nasty rooms dirty, dead roaches stains on the walls. No phone in the room, toilet leak. And they ARE NOT KIDS FRIENDLY. I WILL NEVER COME BACK N I WILL BE TELLING EVERYBODY THAT I KNOW NOT TO STAY THERE. ESPECIALLY THE ONES WITH KIDS"

"If I could give this place negative 1,000 stars I would. This place is a roach infested HELL HOLE!!!! From the dodo birds that work in the front office to the crackhead maintenance, to the grandma with the dry afro who is only good for walking up and down the halls spying on everyone and reporting everything so she can live there rent free..you’d have a better chance living out of your car than checking in to this place. The city really needs to tear this place down. The rooms are dirty, no housekeeping on site , lord forbid if you have to ask for clean linen or washcloths, you’d have to give up a limb just to have maintenance come down and fix anything. They claim to have updated , remolded rooms but it’s all a LIE!!! I had to live here for a while and although it was better than being on the street having to pay 1680.00 a month for a dump like Intown Suites should be against the law. Police there every other weekend, meth heads, powder heads, crack heads runnin in and out all times of the day and night was ridiculous. Don’t ever… ever…. Ever….check in here."

"I am currently in room 139. It is infested with roaches. I checked in Saturday, right before closing of the office, so I wasn't unaware of the insect problem. I called customer service at 7am Sunday morning (corporate) and I was told sorry, nothing can be done because the office was closed on Sunday, and I would have to deal with it until Monday. Because Noone could help me with a refund, on $527 for a week, I tried to stick it out. Well tonight, at 10:47, I have no power on the entire right side of the room and because I'm relocating to the area I have nowhere else to go. I'm writing this message not just for me, but the people who are here because they have to be,and at check out I can leave, but they can't. There are bugs everywhere, but they are scamming saying they are upgrading you to a "premium" room, but the light fell off the wall while the maintenance person was upgrading another room. Not only is this place nasty and dirty, they are selling something that they do not offer. I will be calling the BBB in the morning and contacting a lawyer because this is more than just a filthy motel. They are scamming people (like me) out of hundreds of hard earned dollars, and you just have to deal with it. I have plenty more pictures for my attorney"

"The hotel amenities should say also includes roaches. This place is infested with roaches . I’m traveling for work; I checked in Saturday evening got in my room everything seemed ok. The long drive was exhausting so I laid down lights off. Woke up to something crawling on me roaches were everywhere"
