"It is a great place to stay. The staff is nice and friendly. They do have a limit on how long you may stay. With COVID-19, I do not know if there were any changes implemented. I have stayed at America's Best 3-4 times over the years,.it is a very nice hotel, a family run business. A1A."

"This place should be shut down . The office people are very nice until they have your money . But once you come back to complain those attitudes change really fast . The rooms are horrible, bed bugs will attack as soon as you lay down , room was never cleaned ( just changed the towels and made the bed) , lots of drug activity and I walked around with no shoes and ended up with my white socks turning black within a hour . It’s definitely better hotels near by for the same price . This place is a joke and is about the same as sleeping outside ."

"This is by far the BEST hotel experience that we've had in the last 3 years while trying different treatments at cancer instutes in the United States. Our experience with the two owners has been the most warm, inviting,personable and honest that we've ever had in the last three years. Our room smelled so fresh and inviting. It was clean the mattress was so comfortable. The housekeepers are so easy to approach. If you're ever searching for a place that feels like a home away from home,well this is your place. "We had an employee check into this hotel on Feb 13 and within just a few minutes of being in the room it was already a HORRIBLE situation. He walks into the room to find burns on the bed cover, holes in the wall, some sort of drug bags or something under the bed. The chair was broken and to top it off he found a half eaten burrito in the bed!!!! At which point he contacted us to move him from this establishment. The employee working the front desk then tried to accuse our employee of the damages to the room. Needless to say after speaking with us our room wasn't charged and we will make sure NO ONE ever stays at this establishment!"

"Awful! Right off the desk clerk was being a smart mouth about absolutely everything, then when we got into the run down room, it only became worse. The air conditioner didn't work properly, we had to place the microwave on counter by the sink so we could plug it in to use it. The outlets were not easy to access at all, the water pressure was terrible and the noise from neighbors kept me up late. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you just need it for an hour or so."
