"During an unfortunate flight cancellation I chose to stay at this hotel. I called and made a reservation over the phone and was told an airport shuttle ran every 20 minutes. I waited for 40 minutes for the suttle and it never came. During that time I looked online and found a better rate for the room. I called back to find out about the shuttle and was told I had to request it (Which is what I thought I had done on the first call). I was also told they couldn't honor the online price. I asked if I could cancel the reservation and make a new one online and I was told I could without any issues. Then they proceeded to double charge me for the room. When I called to be refunded I was told the cancellation was outside the refund window and that they wouldn't refund me. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told there wasn't one available. So I basically had to pay twice for a room at a hotel after a cancelled flight. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want to get scammed."

"Not a safe parking lot, do not stay here. Had my truck broken into while parked 10 yards from the lobby door. 3 other vehicles were broken into the same night. When I alerted the front desk, I received no more than an apology. My phone number was taken and no one ever called. No investigation, no offer to reimburse part of my stay to cover the cost and time the incident took from me, nothing. We were in town for a soccer tournament and I missed my sons final game. These things happen and I get the hotel did not want this, but it is their job to keep their property safe and deter these kinds of things. At the very least investigate and find a way to make things right with the customer. Really disappointed in the Marriott brand."

"Very quiet, clean and comfortable room. Great location with many amenities in the hotel in general as well as the individual rooms. Great service at the check in/out desk."

"It was only for 2 nights but it was a wonderful experience staying here. The breakfast buffet was full of quality options. The service was great with easy check in and out processes with no issues. No one used the pool except us while staying here but it was well stocked with towels. It's also close to a lot of restaurants and shopping area. If I'm in the area again I'd stay here."
