"Two weeks ago my son and I had an amazing three week stay and outstanding experience at Home2 suites in Raleigh NC. Our first impression was that the Hotel is a very well run clean and it’s obvious customer service is a top priority. All the staff we encountered were professional friendly and attentive, they knew how to properly provide excellent service! We had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Susanne the GM and I must say, she truly embodies the definition of exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked in Susannes warm and welcoming demeanor put us at ease.. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was seamless and that we had a fantastic stay. Her kindness and genuine care for guests shows! She patiently answered all of our questions, provided valuable local insights and took the extra step to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks to each and every staff member who helped us during our stay especially thanks to the GM Susanne and let me say this was only possible because of your broad range of experience and dedication to guest satisfaction. It is truly commendable! Kudos to Susanne and her wonderful team for setting the bar high for exceptional work. our experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. "We stayed here for a cheer competition and I must say the customer service here is top tier. Shot out to Tucker!!!! He welcomed my girls with a nice note on the door wishing them good luck. Tucker also checked in with us every morning to see if we needed anything which we really appreciated. Thanks again Tucker we really appreciate you and the positive energy you bring to our stay! "Home2Suites off Chapel Hill Road was a wonderful stay. Tucker helped me at the front desk every time and was so sweet. He checked up on me via text every so often to make sure my stay went as planned, even made the heart shape on the bed I requested. Such a sweet and reliant staff."

"Tucker Tucker Tucker!!!!! He is so amazing. So our experience wasn't going as planned, In the beginning. We came into the hotel, our reservation was canceled. TUCKER was our Rainbow that came through this dark cloud because he made sure that he made right by us. He worked everything out He was hospitable and very welcoming. Tucker was and is the face of going above and beyond. Please make this man part of your management team because he makes Home2 Suites that much better. Rooms were clean, the place is quiet and serene. We are so impressed that we will be making future reservation for another stay here."
